What is making it even worse is that police and firefighters are being attacked when trying to help.
They should just send water cannon equipped trucks in there. Those guys deserve a cold shower, and if some water is left, they can still put the fires out. the cars are lost anyway.

I thought this was just a quirk of living there.

It wasnt. Apparently, an old Land Rover/Range Rover caught fire and pretty much set everything ablaze (funny, this is the second time in under 30 minutes that Ive used the word ‘ablaze’).
